Fort William - The Outdoor Captial of the UK
Fort William is a historical West Highland town on the shores of Loch Linnhe in Lochaber and best known for being the town at the foot of the highest mountain in the UK – Ben Nevis. Known as the ‘Outdoor Capital of the UK’, there is plenty to see and do in Fort William and the surrounding area. Ravenswood House is a popular base to visit the Highlands, travel around Scotland and also for access to starting the North Coast 500 (NC500) .
