A Victorian period property that oozes character, charm and history
The original Victorian Villa was built circa. 1890 and was home to the Senior Civil Engineer employed at the British Aluminium Company. During the First World War, the garden grounds were used by the US Navy to camp in, as they were based in Corpach as part of laying the North Sea Mine Barrage. Naval mines were shipped into Corpach from the US, and were then sent to the Inverness base along the Caledonian Canal. Boasting a wealth of original Victorian features including a striking glazed cupola and open fireplaces.
