Nevis Range Mountain Resort has an adventure available no matter what your age or you are in to, any time of the year. Take the gondola to the top for skiing, snowboarding, or sledding in winter months. Through out the rest of the year, try your had at a high-wire obstacle course, ride a zipline, paragliding or mountain biking. In fact Nevis Range on Aonach Mhor is home to the UCI World Mountain Biking Champoinship every year and has been since 2002.

You’d maybe just rather a less adventurous day by just taking the gondola ride to the top or stopping by the Mountain Discovery Center to learn about the mountain habitat and wildlife. The gondola is the UK’s only Mountain Gondola and takes visitors to a height of 650 metres. It was built on the north face of Aonach Mòr, the 8th highest mountain in Britain.

Nevis Range has 2 dining options: The Pinemarten Café at the bottom of Aonach Mhor or The Snowggose Restaurant at the top, both are open all year round. The Snowgoose restaurant also has panoramic views of the region, including a outside viewing deck. If you prefer to experience the mountain without any boards or wings, take any of the 40 km (25 mi) woodland trails, which are ranked by difficulty.
