We have two spacious bedrooms each designed to a high standard in keeping with the style of the house but with a modern twist, including fabrics and furnishings from Scottish designers. All our rooms have ensuites that come with complimentary toiletries handmade locally by the Highland Soap Company and plenty of fluffy towels.
Each room comes with tea and coffee making facilities including some complimentary sweet treats, Smart TVs with Netflix, hairdryers and silent mini fridges stocked with water, orange juice and fresh milk. As well as, free WiFi and free onsite parking. At the bottom of the main entrance stairwell there is ample space to store wellies and walking boots.

Our home is strictly non-smoking. Our rooms do not have capacity for extra beds and can sleep a maximum of two adults. As we are located on the upper floor of the property, we may not be suitable for those that have difficulty with stairs. We also are unable to accommodate pets.
Room 1 – Super King/ Twin Room
This is our back garden view room that can be configured as either a super king or twin room with two single beds. This room also comes with ample storage space including a dressing table with mirror, tall chest of drawers and under bed storage. The room is styled with Mairi Helena wall paper and cushions, Highland tweed throws and Voyage Maison table lamps. All our usual amenities are including such as free wifi, smart TV, ample tea tray, coffee machine and mini silent fridge.

Room 2 – Double 4Poster Room with Loch View
This room has a luxurious four poster double bed and a sitting area that looks out on to the beautiful views of loch linnhe and the surrounding mountains including Ben Nevis. The room can accommodate one child in a camp bed for an additional cost and an infant in a travel cot free of charge. The room is styled with various Scottish designers including Maria Helena cushions and Voyage Maison bench. All our usual amenities are including such as free wifi, smart TV, ample tea tray, coffee machine and mini silent fridge.
